1.How long until the water must be refilled?

This model of air cooler is 7 liters, and it depends on the local humidity, if the humidity is around 40%, 7 liters could run around 8 hours.

If the water runs below the min water level, the machine will warn and reminds you refill water inside, if you don’t refill in time, the water pump will stop automatically for protection and run like a fan.

2.How do you clean air cooler?

Just wipe off duties on the surface and water tank could be drawn out for clean.

3.How about your warranty?

Our warranty 2 years for motor, 1 year for electric spare parts like PCB, water pump and so on. 3 years for cooling pads or evaporator.

4.Is the sample available?

Sample is available, and the price of the sample is low.
